If your period starts even a minute before maghrib, your fast is invalid. So, if it starts in the morning, you have to break your fast and make it up later.
And if it stops right before fajr, you can make your intention to fast even if you did not take the shower.

salam, 7 weeks ago I gave birth to twins prematurely they were born 3 months early and have been in hospital since then. The doctors have told me that both babies had bleeds to the brain during birth which has caused damage to the brain. How much damage is not known and we have to wait and see as the babies develop to see the extent of damage. I have been making lots of dua for my babies, I was wondering if there is anything in particular I should be reciting and any passages I could get my babies to listen to which can help repair and heal any damage done. I believe Allah swt will do what is best inshallah for us. Plz make dua for my babies thanks
