The series features a six-year-old dog named Doki and his five friends; Mundi, Oto, Anabella, Gabi, and Fico, who are members of the Worldwide Expedition Club, a travel group.[7] On May 12, 2016, the series was renewed for a third season that premiered on March 4, 2017.[8] The show's fourth season was initially scheduled to premiere in 2020. However, the season was actually cancelled and can only be found on the company's Vimeo.[6]
From 2005 to 2016, Doki served as Discovery Kids' Latin American mascot for bumpers.[6] In 2012, JBMW Media began developing Doki as a full series, with Portfolio Entertainment producing and distributing the series.[6] For seasons 1 and 2, PiP Animation Services produced animation. Starting with season 3, Portfolio Animation took over animation production.
Doki premiered on Discovery Familia in the United States on November 11, 2013.[9] The English version later premiered on Qubo on September 1, 2014, until it ceased on February 28, 2021.[10] and ION Television's Qubo Kids Corner block[11] on January 4, 2015.[12] The "Doki Rocks Rio" episode aired on Discovery Family on August 5, 2016, and August 7, 2016.
In Asia, the series premiered on Discovery Kids Asia on February 15, 2016, and on Discovery Family in Africa on April 1, 2016.[13][14] In Canada, the show airs on Knowledge Network, TVOKids and Toon-A-Vision.[15] In Australia, the show aired on Discovery Kids. In Iran, the show aired on IRIB TV2.[when?] In the United Arab Emirates the show debuted on Nat Geo Kids Abu Dhabi on November 20, 2017.[citation needed]
The show was originally the Discovery Kids mascot in Latin America in 2005-2012. JBMW Media eventually developed the show as a full series, and Portfolio Entertainment produced and distributed the series.

Posiblemente la serie se encuentre en un estado de hiatus, esto principalmente por que tanto Discovery Kids, como Qubo ya no han transmitido la serie, ni tampoco se saben nuevas noticias sobre la serie, ni tampoco sobre nuevos captulos.
No se hicieron ms episodios, pero stos se volvieron a retransmitir das despus. No se sabe con certeza por qu no se hicieron ms. Pero segn Ximena Marchant, actriz que dobl a Gabi en la serie, fue debido a que uno de los actores pidi mucho dinero por su doblaje, por lo que Discovery Kids no lo acept y prefiri cambiar de estudio y pas.
La trama de ambos episodios no es cannica dentro de la serie final, sin embargo, se hace referencia a estos episodios en algunas pegatinas de la Casa Club, como tambin referencias en algunos captulos.
The TV series was produced by Portfolio Entertainment in Canada in association with Discovery Kids Latin America. Ownership was switched to Craigslist Entertainment Studios somewhere in 2021. Then in 2024, Scholastic has acquired Craigslist, placing Doki under the Scholastic umbrella.

Doki is a 2007 American animated web series based on the characters of Discovery Kids Latin America. It was the predecessor of the subsuquent TV series. The series stars Team Doki, lead by Doki (voiced by Josh Keaton), a humerous but somewhat clumsy puppy.

Doki aparenta la edad de seis aos, el cual comparte experiencias con sus amigos y con el propsito principal de ensear a los nios televidentes valores como la amistad, el amor, la solidaridad y otros.
Hello! This a casting call for my fan series of DDLC: "My Name Is Monika". This series is DDLC but narrated by Monika. It shows her relationships with the 3 other girls, and how they become apart of the club. Later, she meets the protagonist and isn't interested in the character, she's interested in the player. This explains how she finds out she's in a game and shows that she's more deep and insecure then we thought. To audition you should have at least some knowledge about DDLC, because participating in this will have a lot of spoilers about the game, if you couldn't already tell. Please have discord if your auditioning so it's easier for me to contact you. Please have a decent mic because I want good quality for this. You must 13 or older to audition because this is not suited for young children. Enough blabbing, lets get on to the casting call!

Hello i'm TulipsMarry and i'm obsessed with making productions. I currently have two projects going on: "Iris" an audiobook musical\animatic series, and "My Name is Monika..." Doki Doki literature club fan series. "My Name Is Monika" is already casted but the "Iris" casting call should be coming soon.
Monika is the president of the literature club, and narrator of the story. She becomes self-aware that's she's in a game and things start to get crazy. She becomes attracted to the player, and wants him all to herself. In a desperate attempt to get the player to love her, she starts messing with the other girls' files, exaggerating their worst traits to stick out against the other traits. In this version of the story, you see that Monika is extremely insecure, and less confident then she seems to be. In the story she's constantly practicing your reality on the piano, so you must be comfortable with singing.
MC's childhood best friend and the vice president of the literature club. She becomes friends with Monika when trying to recruit other members of the club. She should have a semi- depressed voice, but still cheery, and happy. She starts out happy but slowly becomes more any more depressed. She doesn't know who's pulling the strings, and why, though...
