Elactic Beanstalk error logs

Hi ,

I have started getting a lot of elastic beanstalk errors :

2. Partial results are valid but processing is incomplete: proxy: prefetch request body failed to 127.0.0.1:8080 (localhost) from 172.31.19.244 ()

3. Connection refused: proxy: HTTP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:8080 (localhost) failed

ap_proxy_connect_backend disabling worker for (localhost)

Could you please help me understand what is causing this issue ?

Is it something to do with the  settings in .ebextensions.

               connectionTimeout="20000"

               redirectPort="8443"

               URIEncoding="UTF-8"

               enableLookups="true" />

Should Increase the connection timeout  ?
