I have updated the shared planning document here:

There are three tabs in the document

First one is the tentative schedule

Second tab is the group med list

I took the med list from our 2010 planning doc. If any of you guys are doctors please take a look to make sure we are covered. Also anyone volunteering to pick up the medicines? (this list covers the whole group and is not a personal med list)

Third Tab is a sample list of personal items that I think people should be carrying. Feel free to add things that I might have missed.

last of all is anyone getting any food canned? If so how much are we taking?

I saw the equipment list. I do not have harness and carabiners. Can i get these in skardu or should i order at higher etc?

Carabiners (d rings) are easily available in skardu. 

I think harnesses are available in skardu too. You might also be able to buy them in isloo when you go to but shoes.
