I got my boots from Ascender three days ago for 2500 Rs. (used). They are pretty good. 

The brand is Sorel and the shop has a good variety of boots. Your contact person for purchasing from Ascender is Umair Hasan (0333-5249-365) and he also runs this blog http://dashtnavard.wordpress.com. These guys give equipment for rent, they sell used gear and they also keep some brand new stuff. 

From Landa in Rawalpindi (next to Railway station) you can used boots at even cheaper rates (for around 1800 Rs.). Armymen wear those boots and you can also take those for treks. 

If you have a large pocket though, get your stuff from http://www.gearup.asia/ and its open during Eid days. Thats probably the best shop for adventure gear in Pakistan. They have a variety of things, all new, of good brands. Its an experience to visit that store.

Can you confirm if gear up has shoes and which brand. I am in Singapore and I have to decided between buying them from here bad variety and crazy high prices) or Pakistan
