I am trying to get a list of all the costs associated with this trip. I have put down the known and unknown expenses at this time. Let me know if I have missed anything.

Rawalpindi to Skardu Rs 45,000/8 = Rs 5625 per person

Cost of Trek per person to give to Anis = Rs 55,000

Additional Expenses:

Tips for porters, guide and cooks (TBD)

Common group expenses (med kit, canned food, food during bus ride etc) (TBD)

Accommodation Karimabad (if we stay night there)

Transport from Gilgit to Rawalpindi ( I would guess this would be same as cost from Rawalpindi to Skardu)
