I get constant failures to import csv files. I wonder if others have
that problem and what to do.

Are some of your entries being imported, or none at all? csv imports
should be straightforward. There can be problems if your entries
contain commas, though, or if you've saved a Word doc as .doc instead
of .csv and just changed the extension to .csv.
