License Issue

Hi SNOPT Team, 

I am trying to use SNOPT7 in Matlab but I keep getting this error. I also dont have the snopt7.lic file on my computer. How do I obtain that file because it was not in the email sent to me.

The license file was sent as an attachment to the email giving the download link.
