SNOPT7.7 for personal University workstation and university high performance computing cluster

I am in the process of finalizing a purchase of the license for SNOPT7.7.

 

I have a question: what type of license should I request for if I need the module for my personal University workstation as well as the university high performance computing (HPC) cluster? Would it be a university wide license? Please bear in mind that the module will be installed locally on my scratch so technically only I will have access to it. I am not quite sure which license would be appropriate here. Please advise.
