Not sure how to get/compile snopt7_cpp.dll

Hi there,

I am using an evaluation version of SNOPT that included the snopt7.dll file, but a software I am incorporating it with requires snopt7_cpp.dll as well. Is there somewhere I can download this compiled package? If not is there a way to compile it given the files that are provided by the evaluation license?
