pyOptSparse Installation

Hi,

I'm trying to use the precompiled SNOPT libraries with pyOptSparse. I have added the libraries and license to the setup.py file and reinstalled pyOptSparse using pip. I am still getting the error: 

ImportError: Optimizer SNOPT is not available in this installation. 

Is there anything else I need to do for SNOPT to be correctly installed?
