Feasibility Tolerance Allow Violation of Design Variable Bounds?

Hi,

I have an SNOPT optimization in which I am seeing one of the design variable bounds being violated slightly. i.e. SNOPT is exploring some region outside the design variable bounds that were set.

Can this be expected due to the "Major / Minor Feasibility Tolerance"? Or do those only pertain to constraints and not design variable bounds? I set the major/minor feasibility tolerances both at 0.01 for this case.
