how high availability works

hi,
would somebody introduce how HA works in snoooze. For example, if a
compute node powered off or lose network connection, how will the GM
reboot it on another node; or if a vm hangs, will the GM notice this
and reset it on the same node or start it on another node? please
document or explain more detail on HA feature, thanks.
