description of field returned as part for /wine

I'm trying to make sense of the information returned by the /wine API
and there are a couple field which are not always returned or whose
name don't make sense.

what is wm_notes and winery_tasting_notes (and what's the difference)?

Is there a page where the information returned by the various API is
described?

wm_notes = winemaker's notes, relating to the production of the wine

winery_tasting_notes = wine flavor/aroma description provided by winery
