Country Code with postal code

How can I use the country code with postal code? I tried to get Canadian wines.

http://api.snooth.com/wines/?akey=<mykey>&q=cabernet&c=CA&z=V4T2E4

I did try use c=CA only. It gave me the wines from other countries.

Please help.

The parameters for location, when paired with a=1 (available wines only), returns wines that are sold near the given location.

If you want to search for Canadian wine, the word "canada" should appear in the query parameter.
