licensing question

Can you help me understand the licensing agreement. Where it states:
"Due to privacy and other considerations, you cannot store data you
receive from Snooth."

I want to make sure I'm fully compliant. I'm interested in displaying
Snooth search results that will allow a user to save a wine in the
results to a private list of their own. I will need to save some
information about the wine (e.g. name of the wine) in in order to
maintain their list.

Is this permissible?

Hi Reed,

You can store the code and the name for display. The other information
(prices, ratings) should be pulled from Snooth each time the user asks
for it.
