I have a user that is unable to pull up a couple stores in his area.
The main one in question is regarding All Corked Up, it shows up when
you do a zip code search

http://api.snooth.com/stores/?akey=eix1Yoo7rich1oowaivohbooSeit4aey4hie0hie1iezaepi&c=us&z=91350

It pulls it up along with a bunch of other stores

{"id":10562,"name":"All Corked Up","type":"store","address":"26340
Diamond Place","city":"Santa
Clarita","state":"CA","country":"US","rating":"0.00","num_ratings":
0,"phone":"+1 661-799-7979","email":"in...@allcorkedup.com","url":"http:
\/\/www.allcorkedup.com","url_code":"all-corked-up"}

I used another source to put in all corked ups address to get its gps
location (34.409577,-118.508014)
and then did a search

http://api.snooth.com/stores/?akey=eix1Yoo7rich1oowaivohbooSeit4aey4hie0hie1iezaepi&lat=34.409577&lng=-118.508014

I proceeded to do more searches around the area via the gps locations
and All Corked Up never gets displayed. Is there certain stores that
only show up via zip code search and not gps?

Also is there any way to add stores to the database, not the user
adding a store via the app, but in a similar situation such as this if
a user wants to add a store in their area to the database, is that
possible?

Thanks again everyone there at snooth!

It's likely in this case that we're not mapping the location to the
correct zip code. For those coordinates, we end up with 91355. Using
this process, we definitely lose some fine-grained detail in locality,
but unfortunately this is our system specification as of now. For
now, the best thing to do is to collect the zip code, and fall back on
GPS if the zip is unknown.

As of now, the only way to add a store is for the business to set up a
feed with us. That's the only way we can get the inventory and
display relevant results.\

Good luck!

Good to know seems like zip is going to be the best choice..

So let businesses know that you want them to participate on snooths
network and to go to their site and sign up?
