Food Menu / Items Needed

-Pizzas
-Quesadillas
-Tater Tots
-Scotch eggs
-Pickled eggs

Friday
-Pancakes (Sausage,Blueberry,Sausage egg,Plain?)
-Bacon
-Hard Boiled eggs

Saturday
-Pulled Pork tacos
-Beans
-Corn on the cob

Breakfasts - no group breakfast currently planned.

We do have 8 dozen of hard boiled eggs to use for scotch eggs and breakfast as needed.

Items needed
-flour tortillas (for quesadillas)
-shredded cheese (for quesadillas)
-bacon for Feast of Friday
-blueberries
-fajitas sized tortillas for pulled pork (flour or corn)
-onions and peppers for grilling (pulled pork topping)
-couple pounds of pork sausage for scotch eggs (can only do six eggs with one pound)
-BBQ sauces

We should be able to make sure everything is covered at the meeting Wednesday night after/during set up.

Justin - a couple pounds of breakfast sausage should be good for Feast of Friday.

If you plan on bringing anything on the needed list please let us know so we can mark it off the list.

I’ll pick up the flour tortillas, shredded cheese, corn tortillas ( fajitas) along with the onions and peppers.

I picked up the following earlier.

Flour Tortillas ( quesadillas )  -  4 packs of 8
Corn Tortillas ( fajitas )  -  2 packs of 30
Mexican Shredded Cheese  -  3 packs
Onions ( medium size )  -  4
Peppers  -  4 Red, 3 Green & 2 Yellow

Ill bring sausage, bacon, and eggs. I have SOOOO many eggs. We get about 14 eggs a day. We have too many chickens!


I was planning on 10 pounds of sausage, but if you think you only need 2, maybe i'll back it down to 5? Let me know
Probably do the same with the bacon.

I also have pork butts for the smoker.

The 2lbs is for mixing in with the pan cakes.

We can use the other 8 for scotch eggs. You only get 6 scotch eggs out of a pound of sausage.

We could make some seasoned scrambled eggs to go on the pork tacos?
