Dear all friends associated with Nuclear Medicine field as you all know that Ganesh Diagnostic Centre  Delhi has recently started MSc in nuclear medicine i implored and found that this course run by Ganesh Diagnostic in collaboration with Singhania University is totally against rules and regulations laid down by regulatory and statutory bodies.I am not against Ganesh diagnostic running MSc NM but I am dead against its being run in a fraudulent way.  We must raise our voice against these type of fraudulent courses or quality of training and education in field of nuclear medicine will get affected which will bring down the reputation to whole nuclear medicine technology professionals and will hamper the growth of this feild in future. SO you all are requested to go through material enclosed along with this mail and suggest the course we must take to challenge this malpractice and fraud. This fight is beyond the capacity of an individual and co-operation, encouragement and participation of all is required. This will also require monetary contribution and personal participation as when and where it is required.   Please send your comments and intent of participation for this common cause.I also request you to spread it to as many as possible.

After going through all the papers carefully, the only remedy is that President SNM (I) should seek a written reply, and after a fixed time period if not received file a litigation in the court of law, making all 3 respondents, Ganesh Diagnostic 2) Shingania University, and student. SNM (I) should bear all the legal expenses .Money with them is meant for these exigencies regards
