Dear All,

The guidelines given in the website of SNM India, clearly spells out who shall be given free registration by default. If the organizing secretary is able to generate adequate funds, he may consider waving off delegate fee for rest of the EC Members. For that everyone in the EC (including myself!) Shall make his effort to generate funds for this conference as it is the event of SNM(I) and not any one in particular.

Moreover, our delegate fee is the only source of nonrefundable seed money available to the organizing secretary to meet innumerable amounts of unforeseen expenses associated with this conference. Let us all contribute something for the success of the annual conferences as only this provides a platform for all of us to stand in this country.
