Dear Sirs,
I am scheduled to give a talk on 'Nuclear Medicine in the practice of Clinical Medicine' in the Annual Conference of API Thirunelveli Chapter at about 3.00 pm on 21st Sep. I tried my best to reschedule it. However, they have now modified it as a one day event (21st) only due to some unavoidable practical situation there.

I therefore regret my inability to attend SNMI EC meeting at Delhi. My absence may kindly be excused.

1.  SNM India grant to student,

  My point: Eligibility for grant to student Senior Residents (SR) can not be consider as a student, because they are drawing monthly salary and allownces as a permanent emplooyee.only MD, M.Sc, and PhD doing student should be consider as a student .
