Dear EC members,

The executive committee meeting of SNM,India is planned on 21st Sept 2013 afternoon i.e  3 PM.  at INMAS,New Delhi.
Dr Anupam Mandal has consented to make local arrangement i.e with INMAS administration i.e accomodation,food etc.

Let me know soon by e mail who all wish to participate in this meeting and needs accomodation and duration of stay  so that Dr  Anupam Mandal will immediately block accomodation in their guest house.

Please also send agenda points to Dr Gaurav Malhotra in his e mail latest by  14th Sept 2013  so that agenda points can be circulated prior to one week.

Please consider this as URGENT especially regarding accomodation requirement.

21st Sept. Is northern chapter meeting in Apollo hospital being organised by Dr. Uma Ravishankar.
We can have EC meeting late in the evening in Apollo hospital if Dr. Uma agrees to provide some space. This will enable us to attend the NC academic activity also.

Dear Mr President,
I have agreed to give a lecture to the postgraduate students and physicians of Thirunelveli Medical College, through our State Medical University on 21st September between 3.00 to 4.00 pm there. This is on Clinical Nuclear Medicine. I regret my inability to attend. Today I am in Coimbatore for the same purpose!

SNM NC is meeting on 21st at Apollo after that we can have it at Apollo
