1. SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (.NET)
Summary of the position
The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of several software components related to both enterprise and strategic applications. The Engineer will perform discovery, analysis and provide design solution to all applications while also providing support to QA teams. The Engineer augments a dynamic development team working in an agile environment to help refine requirements, and translates those requirements into software designs and solutions.

Qualification and experience
Overall experience required : 3.5 to 4 years
Relevant experience required : Minimum 3 year experience as a Software engineer in .NET
Exposure expected : 3+ years of experience as a software engineer; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation and deployment tasks .Having exposure to Content Management and Learning Management System. Familiarity with regression testing, performance testing, and release processes will be an added advantage. Outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk.
2. PROJECT MANAGER (.NET)
Summary of the position
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term or long – term project which has specified deliverables. Beholding the responsibility of organizing and leading projects from inception to completion a project manager is accountable for managing the four key elements of the project mainly scope, resources, time and budget.

3.Senior Software Engineers/ Tech Lead – Java J2EE
Summary of the position
The Tech Lead is responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of several software components related to both enterprise and strategic applications. The Engineer will perform discovery, analysis and provide design solution to all applications while also providing support to QA teams. The Engineer augments a dynamic development team working in an agile environment to help refine requirements, and translates those requirements into software designs and solutions. He/She would also guide and mentor a team of developers to ensure that the release milestones are met and act as the main technical anchor for a project.
