Summary of the position
The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of several software components related to both enterprise and strategic applications. The Engineer will perform discovery, analysis and provide design solution to all applications while also providing support to QA teams. The Engineer augments a dynamic development team working in an agile environment to help refine requirements, and translates those requirements into software designs and solutions.

Qualification and experience
Overall experience required : 3.5 to 4 years
Relevant experience required : Minimum 3 year experience as a Software engineer in .NET
Exposure expected : 3+ years of experience as a software engineer; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation and deployment tasks .Having exposure to Content Management and Learning Management System. Familiarity with regression testing, performance testing, and release processes will be an added advantage. Outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk.

He/She would also guide and mentor a team of developers to ensure that the release milestones are met and act as the main technical anchor for a project.
