Greetings,
We are pleased to let you know that the Office of Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership at Harvard Medical School (HMS), in collaboration with Harvard Medical School affiliated teaching hospitals, is hosting the fourth annual Harvard Affiliated Residency Programs Showcase on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 2:30pm to 6 pm at the Elements Café, First floor, The Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at HMS, 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur, Boston, MA 02115. This event will provide URM medical students in their 3rd or 4th year in the New England region as well as from other states with an opportunity to meet and network with Harvard affiliated residency program training directors, attending physicians, fellows and residents. It is our hope that the participating students will learn more about the residency programs that are offered here at HMS affiliated teaching hospitals through this interactive and informal setting.
We kindly ask that you forward/send the event flyer to 3rd and 4th year URM medical students from your school and encourage them to attend this event.

Parking is also available for those students who are driving. Hotel reservation can be made online at reduce rate directly: here . We encourage you to reserve early since there is a limited number of rooms available at the discount rate.
