Chapter Logo

Social Media Rebranding

The Creative M.D. and A Day in the Life 

• 2 new series will begin in September. Exact dates and time TBD
• The Creative M.D. - highlights medical students talent 
• A Day in the Life - highlights the lives of individual medical students and their experience in medical school 

Membership Roster & SNMA Families

Community Service Event 

• Sweet Ride Fundraiser for UIHealth Diabetes Center

• Shift: 8am - 1pm

• Join us for our first Lunch & Learn of the year with Dr. Gina Walton, PMR physician, UIC alumna, VP of GME Diversity & Inclusion/ Assistant at Sinai Chicago

Annual Kickball & Park Meet-up 

• Enjoy Labor Day Weekend with us!!
• When: September 4th @ 3-6pm

New Project 

• Home BP Monitoring

UHP Early Outreach Program 

• Pre-College academic pipeline program that supports students from underrepresented populations in the medical and health science professions (learn more HERE)
• SNMA needs: Content developers, lectures, and a team lead to be new contact as M2’s transition on to boards and rotations 
• Format & time commitment: ~1hr lecture, every 3rd Saturday of the month starting January through May
