Can't log in, can't email editor@

The system is rejecting my login information, and it won't send me a
new password. Also, when I try to report it to "edi...@snipurl.com,"
the e-mail bounces back as undeliverable.

My login is todd....@krqe.com. When I try to log in, it says "Not
so fast cowboy. Enter correct login details." Then, when I try to
reset my password, I get "Your email address may be invalid. Please
write to us to let us know."

I also never actually received the password reset e-mail.

A colleague of mine with a similar first.last e-mail is also having
trouble logging in. Her account is brand new.

There is no user registered with the email address from which you wrote.
