spypig-like service / get email notification when snips are accessed

Could you offer spypig-like service. Every time someone accesses one
of my snips, I would like to receive an email with information about
the person (such as how many times the snipr has been accessed by the
user, IP address of the user, location and browser type). Of course
restrictions to limit the number of emails should be put in place
(such as no notification if snip access comes from own IP).

You can get an idea of the information in the spypig email
notification here. Just replace 'email' with 'snipr':

Having this in SnipURL would be an awesome addition.
