Deleted Snipes

I've been using this service for a couple of moths now, and all of my
snipes just got deleted. I would like say that I used the snipes on my
websites ONLY. I can provide all of the URL's if necessary. I did not
send any spam emails what so ever, I don't even have an email list.
Just tell me what I need to do in order to get my snipes back.

Nothing is deleted - presuming it's not spam.
But as the big bold red message in the footer on all the pages of the
site suggests, we're migrating the database to a bigger, better server
for better performance so please expect some hiccups.
As we do this, data integrity is a top priority. You should lose nothing.
Once the move is done, we can then focus on actually releasing some of
the new features that I've been promising for some time.
