WHAT HAPPENED TO THE "SNIP!" TOOLBAR?

trouble.
Suddenly, as of yesterday, it generates a 404 error. I deleted and
reinstalled it, but still the 404 error.
It now goes to http://sn.im/?404=Y
which is a generic parking page that says:
sn .im coming SooN
coming soon Please contact us for more information.
(note the space in "sn .im")
