What happened to my snips?

I've been snipping since 2004. In one place, you show I've created 850
snips. But when I try to browse or manage, you show I have zero snips.
Are all the snips I've created in the past three years now defunct?

John, we were in the middle of a system maintenance. It wasn't
scheduled, or I would have informed everyone. It came about due to
some issues at our network provider.

Your snips should be live and active. As for clicks, we're collecting
them, just not updating them yet.

Please confirm that all is normal and working?
