Lion / Mountain Lion issues with Snippets Assistant

I been experiencing an issue since Lion, in Mountain Lion the issue seems to be worse. Every time I use the Snippets Assistant (the scissors icon on the top OSX menu) it crashes as soon as I type a letter on it. Is this happening to someone else?

Also, I wanted to ask, how to file/report a bug in the app, I don't find any information about it anywhere in the official page.

Try to update an application. We've released an update that fixes this issue.

I did the upgrade, since version 1.4.1 this is no longer an issue, thanks =)
