importing snippets.xml exceeding the maximum

i made a backup of my snippets and it came out to a bunch of files along with a snippets.xml file and i had to reinstall my mac because of installing another harddrive. When I try to import the snippets i get this message:
The file ‘Snippets.xml’ has not been imported because of its size that is exceeding the maximum of 128.0 KB.
what can i do to make this work?

It's ok to just put Snippets.xml back to ~/Library/Application Support/Snippets/Snippets.xml. Don't forget to quit Snippets before.

Hello I've got the same problem so I put the Snippets.xml backup into ~/Library/Application Support/Snippets/Snippets.xml but I get an error (the file is not created with the same version of Snippets) :(. Any idea ?
