Hello,
is it possible to hit CMD+F12 to pop open the search panel from the
menu bar then upon finding the snippet force the selected snippet into
"Replace Placeholders" mode and following that placing the output
either into the file or the clipboard?
Currently the only thing I can see is that static (no placeholders)
work well with the search panel:
CMD+F12 > Type to search > Selection > Return > In file/clipboard.
What I need is:
CMD+F12 > Type to search > Selection > CMD+Return > Replace
Placeholders > Output in file/clipboard.
I hope I'm making sense here…
Anyway would love to hear your thoughts on this.
Thanks,
J.

You make sense and this would be a great option to have.

Thanks for you request. We will consider adding something similar to what you described here.
