Snippets Assistant: Search field not showing when working on a fullscreen app.

I guess this is a bug, I have noticed that the assistant don't show the search form when you are on a fullscreen application. i.e. I am working on the terminal in fullscreen mode, when I type the hotkey to make the assistant to appear and find my snippet it won't show, if I switch to finder and type the hotkey I see the search form working just fine. I am adding a screenshot of the issue to clarify any dubt.
