Could not establish SIFT connection when execute any instance with Sniper

Hi All,

I have running sniper today but suddenly the simulation can't start, also, an error was recived:

ERROR: Could not establish SIFT connection, aborting! Check benchmark-app*.log for errors.

After all new installed(literully ALL-NEW, clone git source and build new docker images), The situation remains the same.

Here is the message I have received when I executed FFT test demo in all new container.
