Ola a todos,
SNIA Storage Networking Industry Association - Atráves SNIA Technical Council e o Board de Diretores US, acaba de aprovar a adição para o Cloud Storage Initiative a referência em CDMI (Cloud Data Management Interface) como um SNIA Software.
O Trabalho procederá atrávez da 3 Clausa de licenças do BSD.
Isto significa que toda a entrada de código passarão a ter a seguinte licença anexada para os Softwares de Interface a Gerenciamento de Dados em Cloud.

O código fonte estará disponível para todos sob esta licença para Cloud Storage Vendors para utilizar em seus produtos
e ofertas, e para o desenvolvimento de aplicações de armazenamento em Cloud (nuvem).
A vantagem do desenvolvimento deste software em um SNIA TWG é a SNIA IP política que proteja os participantes empresas de de razoáveis taxas de licenciamento de outros participantes, em qualquer outro IP, no próprio código.
