Hello!
I am attaching a presentation in this mail. I have modified the previous presentation keeping in mind the changes suggested. The organizational structure needs a little bit of a discussion so i will not add it in the presentation. The events cannot be elaborated in the presentation, so will elaborate when I am discussing or presenting.

Dear Sai

The presentation is excellent.I am happy with the way you have quickly absorbed the concept. You must also have worked to understand similar initiatives in other universities. Nice work. Please consider the following suggestions -

Slide 1: Sustainability summit and International conference on Sustainability

Slide2: The aim of bringing together policy makers in government, bureaucrats, industrialists, research and management experts along with the aspiring students to discuss sustainable development and exchange ideas on a common platform was not included. Please add in an appropriate manner.

Another aim is to provide a common platform for people from all aspects of research, development and distribution of Sustainable related products to display their products.

Slide 3 and 4: I opened the ppt in google browser as I am using word 2003. So could not see it properly. Kindly include the information on Exhibition of research and products by students, scholars, faculties, amateurs/alumni, Industry people, NGOs and Government organizations (their products and posters related to sustainability).

Slide 5: Increase in funds and sponsored research projects to IITM with more companies recognizing potential of our faculties and students.

Greater awareness for students on sustainable development and the best management practices related to it, which is very much essential for them in their future jobs.

Slide 6: IIT Madras would be the first institute in India to provide an affordable common platform for all the areas of sustainability to come to a common platform and network for development. This would once again establish commitment of our administration, faculties and students towards development of nation and global society at large. ( reduce things at your own convenience)

Slide 7: Gain for the nation Include this slide

Include a slide on: International Conference on Sustainability research

Include a Slide on : What are the challenges?

Include a slide on: What we need from the institute

Include a slide on: Contacts of people in snet with good knowledge of Summit for follow up and further details - very necessary to pull in people who would join the team after seeing the presentation - it may be professors, alumni or admin.

Slide Conclusion: Conclusion slide is self explanatory
