Activities And Payments done Between October 21st to December 30th.

Update News & Events organized by out Sneha Hasthaalu Team:

1. Our student Seerisha(MCA) got Joining letter from TCS. And she is going to join TCS on Jan 28th,Hyderabad Location.

2. SIKSHNA(www.sikshana.org) provided 3 days training to our SH Mentors in Bangalore(Who are looking after our adopted schools).

3. Organized Head Masters Meeting (HMs from 23 schools) @ Atchempet on 27th December and reviewed adopted School program.

Payment done towards material for adopted Schools: Total: 239134/-

    1. Cherukumpallem Village Library Establishment Expenses : 106000/-

   2. Tulluru Village Library Establishmen2 Expenses: 20000/-

   3. Procured 25 UPS(es) for arranging computers(donated by INFOSYS) @ adopted Schools : 44389/-

   4. Mentors Training (by SIKSHANA @ Bangalore ) Expenses: 8000/-

   5. Sports Material for Adopted Schools : 55445/-

   6.  Tree Plantation Maintenance Expenses: 600/- 

   7. Towards Sikshna Mentor Visit to Atchempet & Kanchakacharla: 2700/-

   8. Room Rents @ Atchempet& Tulluru : 2000/-

Salaries paid for 2 Months (October,November): Total: 77000/-

1. Atchempet Mentor's (Who is looking after our 23 adopted schools) : 8500 *2 = 17000/-

2. Tullur Mentor's (Who is looking after our 26 adopted Schools) : 6500 * 2 = 13000/-

3. Contract Teachers (3 Teachers) @ RCM Schools : 6000 * 2 (Months) = 12000/-

4. Tutors Salary (3 Tutors @ 3 Schools) : 1000*2(Months)*3(Teachers) = 6000/-

5. Contract Teachers @ Velpur High School(Atchempet Mandalam): 3000*2(Months)*1(Contract Teacher) = 6000/-

6. Contract Teacher @ Tullur Mandalam ( 4 Contract Teacher @ 4 Schools): 21000/-

7.  Towards Village Library Salary(for 10 days) ,Rent..etc: 2000/-

Payments Done towards Graduate Students : 10000/-

  1. Sent monthly expenses for Giridhar Kumar ( D.Pharmacy Course,3rd year) : 4000/- (For 2 months, monthly 2000/-)

2. Sent monthly expenses for Tayi Lakshmi (w/o Atchempet Mentor,Taking Bank exam 6 months coaching) : 6000/- (For October,November)

Still we need support for arranging ...

1. Monthly salaries for Mentor, Contract Teachers & Tutors as part of our schools adoption program : 40000/- Per Month .

** Looking for monthly donors towards salaries.

2. For buying 25 UPS(15 mins power backup) units for the remaining 25 Computers out of 60  provided by INFOSYS (1775/- per V-Guard UPS) : Total: 44375/- 

   

3. We need support for executing below activities @ our adopted schools by November 30^th.

· One day Teachers Team outing &&  Sessions on  Teaching methodology , Motivation classes for Teachers on same day : 60000/- (30000/- per one Mandalam ) .

           Formed team with 6 teachers, confirmed Date & Place (Date: 22nd Jan 2014, Pulichinta Project,Vedapatasala)

· Quiz ,Essay writing ,Sports Competitions for Students : 20000/-

4. Still we need support for procuring below material for adopted schools (Which we have to order for 2014-15 Academic year)

• Note books for 61 Adopted Schools: 200000/- (Estimated Cost)
