Activities And Payments we have done Between JULY 15th to OCTOBER 20th.
Payment done towards material for adopted Schools: Total: 77700/-
1. Uniform Cloth & Stitching for RCM School Students (40 New joiners ) : 5200(cloth)+3500 = 8700/-
We are providing uniform for these students once per 2 years (Govt. not providing uniform for this school students).
2. August 15th Celebration @ 48 Schools : 10000/- (Provided flags & small Gifts)
3. Tie,Belt&Badge sets for new Joiners @ 48 adopted schools : 17500/-
4. Mid day lunch Plates (400 plates) & School Bags(200 bags) : 32500/-
5. Mid day Slates,Navodaya Exam Preparation books: 7500/-
6. Tree Plantation Maintenance Expenses : 1500/-
Salaries paid for 3 Months (July,August,September): Total: 114000/-
1. Atchempet Mentor's (Who is looking after our 23 adopted schools) : 8500 *3 = 25500/-
2. Tullur Mentor's (Who is looking after our 26 adopted Schools) : 6500 * 3 = 19500/-
3. Teachers (3 Teachers) @ RCM Schools : 5000 * 3 (Months) = 15000/-
4. Tutors Salary (3 Tutors @ 3 Schools) : 1000*3(Months)*3(Teachers) = 9000/-
5. Volunteers @ Velpur High School(Atchempet Mandalam): 3000*3(Months)*2(Volunteers) = 18000/-
6. Volunteers @ Tullur Mandalam ( 3 Volunteers @ 3 Schools): 27000/-
Payments Done towards Graduate Students : 27000/- by Sneha Hasthaalu , 50000/- by TPF
1. Sent monthly expenses for Giridhar Kumar ( D.Pharmacy Course,3rd year) : 6000/- (For 3 months, monthly 2000/-)

2. Sent monthly expenses for Tayi Lakshmi (w/o Atchempet Mentor,Taking Bank exam 6 months coaching) : 6000/- (For August ,September)
3. Telugu People Foundation(TPF) Paid towards Nagalakshmi 3rd year fee: 25000/-

Still we need support for arranging ...
1. Monthly salaries for Mentor, Para Teachers & Tutors as part of our schools adoption program : 40000/- Per Month .
** Looking for monthly donors towards salaries.
2. For buying 60 UPS(15 mins power backup) units for the 60 Computers provided by INFOSYS (1650/- per V-Guard UPS) : Total: 99000/- (We already received 40000/-) . Still wee need : 59000/-
** Because of teachers strike in Seemandra , we postponed this activity from last 2 Months . Now we need immediate support for completing this activity by November 30th.
3. Still we need support for arranging below material for adopted schools (Which we have to procure by November 15th)
- Maps,Activity Books, Montessori Material ..etc : 36000/- (Estimated Cost)
- Sports Material for 37 Schools (Excluded last year adopted 11 schools): 40000/-
- Navodaya Exam Preparation Material for students: 10000/- (100 books , each cost 100).
4. We need support for executing below activities @ our adopted schools by November 30th.
· One day training on Teaching methodology & Motivation classes for Teachers : 50000/- (25000/- per one Mandalam ) .
§ Cost includes arranging guest lectures, Training Arrangements , Material, Food ..etc.
· Quiz ,Essay writing ,Sports Competitions for Students : 10000/-
