Hi All kind hearted  Friends (All Ids in BCC),

Please have a look at the difference that our Friends network (http://friends4helpinghands.blogspot.in) making :

1. Tulasi Ram(MCA Student) Joined @  ITGRIDS (http://www.itgrids.com/) . Ashok Gaaru (CEO of ITGRIDS) accepted our request  and came forward to give the opportunity to Tulasi Ram after Seeing candidate commitment .

2. Material (Note books, Copy Books, Files, Slates, Tie&Belt&Badge Sets, Pencils,Pens..etc) Distributed at all 48 Adopted Schools . For Material Procurement & Distribution Photos , look @ http://goo.gl/r4jvV

3. We collected 1000 plants from Forest department and plantation done @ all adopted schools . For plantation Photos , look @ http://goo.gl/XLbhF

We planned 2nd phase plantation with 600 plants (in 2 villages & Around 2 temples & one road side )  with villagers support between July 15th - 20th. 

4. Paid towards 60 Computers (Donated by INFOSYS ) transport form Hyderabad to Atchempet(Guntur district) : 13000/-

5.Payments done towards Material Procurement :

• Paid for Note Books: 30000/-
• Paid for Student Files : 10135/-
• Paid for Stationary(pencils,erasers..etc) : 48350/-
• Paid for Tie,Belt,Badge sets: 40000/- 

6.  Payments done towards Tree Plantation:

•  Paid for Tree 600 Tree Guards: 101000/-
•  Paid for 1000 Plants transport : 5000/-
•  Paid for Plants distribution & Plantation : 5000/- 

7. Paid for Atchempet Mentor's (who looking after our 23 adopted schools) June salary : 8500/-

8.  Paid for Tullur Mentor's (Who looking after our 26 adopted Schools) June Salary : 6500/-

9. Paid Tutor (Velpur MPPS Schoo) Salary : 1000/-

10. Paid Teachers Salary for June Month : 5000/-

11. Sent monthly expenses for Giridhar Kumar ( D.Pharmacy Course,2nd year) : 2000/-

Still we need support for arranging ...

1. Monthly salaries for Mentor, Para Teachers & Tutors as part of our schools adoption program (Total 24000/- per month).

2.   For buying 60 UPS(15 mins power backup) units for the 60 Computers provided by INFOSYS (1650/- per V-Guard UPS) : Total:  99000/- (We already received 25000/-) . Still wee need : 74000/-

 3.  Still we need support for arranging below material for adopted schools  (Which we have to procure by July 30th)

• Maps,Activity Books, Montessori Material ..etc : 36000/- (Estimated Cost) 
• Mid Day Lunch Plates : 22500/-
• Student School Bags : 30000/-
• Sports Material & August 15th Celebration Prizes @ all 48 schools: 40000/-
• Uniform Stitching cost for 130 students : 13000/-
