[SnehaHasthaalu]Tree Plantation programme for 2014-15 Academic Year

Hello Friends, 

Hope you all are doing great and praying for the Good monsoon for this year to harvest our dreams of sustainable development. 

With all your support & encouragement www.snehahasthaalu.org planned for the "Tree Plantation" programme in all our 60 adopted Govt primary schools. This is the 2nd consecutive academic year stressing on the need of Green & Eco friendly School environments with the concept of "Think Green..Live Green!"

We are planning for 1500 plants with Tree guards and the concept is, each tree will be attached to a student and he will be taking care of the plant. SnehaHasthaalu( school teachers, our mentors, active members & donors) will be monitoring the progress of it and will be presenting small gifts on Quarterly basis to all the students who are doing great in taking care of them. 

We will be putting the name of the Donor & care taking student name on each tree guard. This builds a sense of belongingness & social awareness  in the students  and also inspire & motivate many others to think about the need of Greenery.

Each tree guard + Plant will be costing Rs 200/- and our target is 1500 nos for this. Please lend your helping hand in completing this task and also provide us your suggestions in improving it.
