The basic version includes 30 seconds of free local recording and you can buy additional minutes up to 45 minutes. With basic version you are not able to stream facial expression to Maya directly. However you can test the connection with your pc and Maya using keypads and sliders.
In order to support a plug-and-play experience between the Smartsuit Pro II and the Smartgloves, we have made a version of the Smartsuit Pro II that is "Glove Ready" which means that the hand sensors of the suit are replaced by a usb-c connector cable for the gloves (which take over hand/wrist tracking). As a consequence, contrary to Smartsuit Pro II, Smartsuit Pro II (Glove Ready) cannot track hand/wrist motions without having the Smartgloves connected, while Smartsuit Pro II requires an additional set of cables and batteries to connect with the Smartgloves. In both cases, the mocap data that is captured will be the same, but the experience with the hardware is different. By default, our bundles that include a pair of Smartgloves automatically pre-select the Smartsuit Pro II (Glove Ready) version to provide the seamless plug-and-play experience out of the box.
Hello, I have a 360 Kinect connected to a GEFORCE RTX NVIDIA DELL Laptop. I have previously used this same kinect with iclone and the same computer, so I know it works. for some reason now when I connect it, the green light just blinks. I do have the proper power adaptor; I do have the correct software and license. I tried removing all USB devices, rebooting my laptop, rebooting the Kinect, plugging the kinect only back in, and it still does not work. I get the white Kinect link in the app, but when I click to open kinect, it states Load Mocap Device Plugin Failed. I'm working on a project with a time crunch. PLEASE HELP!!!
Prior to Xbox One's launch, privacy concerns were raised over the new Kinect; critics showed concerns the device could be used for surveillance, stemming from the originally announced requirements that Xbox One's Kinect be plugged in at all times, plus the initial always-on DRM system that required the console to be connected to the internet to ensure continued functionality. Privacy advocates contended that the increased amount of data which could be collected with the new Kinect (such as a person's eye movements, heart rate, and mood) could be used for targeted advertising. Reports also surfaced regarding recent Microsoft patents involving Kinect, such as a DRM system based on detecting the number of viewers in a room, and tracking viewing habits by awarding achievements for watching television programs and advertising. While Microsoft stated that its privacy policy "prohibit[s] the collection, storage, or use of Kinect data for the purpose of advertising", critics did not rule out the possibility that these policies could be changed prior to the release of the console. Concerns were also raised that the device could also record conversations, as its microphone remains active at all times. In response to the criticism, a Microsoft spokesperson stated that users are "in control of when Kinect sensing is On, Off or Paused", will be provided with key privacy information and settings during the console's initial setup, and that user-generated content such as photos and videos "will not leave your Xbox One without your explicit permission."[49][50][51][52] Microsoft ultimately decided to reverse its decision to require Kinect usage on Xbox One, but the console still shipped with the device upon its launch in November 2013.[54]
When prompted to plug in device, plug in Crazyflie 2.1. The yellow LED should start blinking indicating bootloader mode. Then the red LED should turn on indicating that the flashing process has started.

Developed by Pablo Javier Garcia Gonzalez, VirtuCamera for iPad and iPhone is an app that lets you control your 3D cameras in real time. The plug-in was already available for Autodesk Maya software but now the developer has released the first version of its add-on for Blender, so Blender users can also benefit from this emerging technology.
VirtuCamera is very easy to use: move your Apple device in any direction, VirtuCamera will capture the motion and instantly send it over Wi-Fi to your camera in the 3D software Blender or Autodesk Maya. When you are ready, push the Rec button to store motion in keyframes.
The app offers real time viewport streaming and lets you control the playback, animate the focal length, and scale camera movements to travel long distances. It can capture and record your movements with 6 degrees of freedom at up to 60 frames per second and has a camera stabilizer control to create smoother movements.
You are then set up to import you mocap BVH via your Perception Neuron character and plot it to your UE4 character model and then export it to Unreal 4 as a matched set of animations to the character model you exported from 3ds Max.
