MLC Voter application

Hi,
  I have the MLC Voter application forms with me. There is a collection drive in office, the following documents are required

1) Filled in Form 18 (the form I have) - two copies one original and one photo copy
2) two copies of degree certificate (only Bachelor's degree, please don't provide copy of any PG degrees)
3) two copies of Address Proof. (Telephone bill (BSNL only) / Gas Bill/ BESCOM bill/Passport / Driver's license)

All xerox copies  must be duly self  attested.

I'll leave the forms at the security desk today evening after 4:30, you can give the filled in forms by tomorrow.
