Flat Possession , Amenities , Wood Work

Hi All,
Now that we are nearing the completion of the construction by mid of
AUG 2011 ,

We have few things to discuss
1. Possession in the apartment.
2. Gym Equipment Details.
3. Children Play Area Item Details.
4. Cauvery Water Connection
5. Khata Transfer
6. Wood work and Furniture work (if you have already decided any thing
or found any better deal)
7. Balcony Grill Contract etc
and any other open items.

Individual flat work is almost complete except sanitery and
electrial , color etc but Apartment as a whole still few things are
pending that work needs to discussed as we are nearing possession.

We can take initiative on these things on priority basis since most of
us have completed our registration as well.

Please share your thoughts on above items over here or we can setup
meeting on some weekend with all who are located at bangalore.

3 of us from our apartment got Quotes from Wud Furn. Quotes look
expensive.
For 3 BHK Quote is around 5.5 lac for 3 wardrobes and a kitchen.
They Quote 1200/sq feet for kitchen(Marine Ply) . 1000/sq for
Wardrobe(Commercial Ply)
Has anyone got any better deal in woodwork?

I got quote from GRAND'E INTERIORS. The price wise it looks reasonable compared to other quotes i received. We have option to decide the material and all. If  interested can contact Yasin from GRAND'E INTERIORS(9844015853).
