Hi Guys,
I have escalated the call to airtel authority. There seems to be some
misunderstanding. Airtel broadband Authority informed me that Builders
have denied the permission to install DP box within building. I have
also taken this matter to builders and got the clarification from
them. I have asked airtel channel manager to sort this issue as early
as possible but it seems that it might take indefinite time to install
airtel broadband in the apartment at the moment. I am in constant
touch with airtel guys, if there is any latest news on this i will
keep you posted. If anyone needs urgent connection then you can go
with other service providers or wireless connection.

Hi,
we(benzan 109 and I ) are in touch with one person called jagadish with
whom we applied for the connection 2 weeks back. today we spoke to him and
the update was that airtel ppl got the approval to take the cable from
divya kolkar building and provide the connection to us. for that they had
to get some approval letters from that building association. looks like
they have got all the approvals to dig and set up the cable from that
building. he said they will start the work from tomorrow and they can give
the connection by saturday. But he has been saying the same thing for past
1 week.
did everyone apply with the same guy?

Hi Praveen,
 
I have heard this news 15 days back. Only to keep the customers from
going to other service providers, they are informing this from past 15
days . In reality, no- one is coming here to shift the DP BOX
location. if they continue to do so then we will go with other
service providers.

Here is latest update ...
 
I followed up with airtel channel manager this afternoon again
regarding this issue and they visited apartment at 4.15 PM today. They
said they will need an agreement between air-tel and our builders. I
have informed the same to our builders. Friday air-tel will get
agreement copy that need to be signed by our builders . once this
agreement is completed , airtel can proceed with shifting of the DP
BOX. If everything goes smooth this time then we might get connection
within December otherwise we will have to wait :) . There are 2 teams
technical team and sales team, sales team is only pushing for new
connections but not taking any action on getting DP Box installed. If
anyone is taking this matter to airtel then make sure you are talking
to technical team.

Hi Guys,

Electricity Bill Transfer

Today I met the guy who generated the elec.bill for us , and spoke to him for name transfer, he told he will do it for us. He can get this done in 3 days.

He will charge Rs.1200 (if only only the present occupied flat owners are getting it done, for all the forty flats he will charge Rs. 1100, though he started from Rs.1500, after negotiation he has come down to Rs. 1200)

He needs following documents from our end to start the process.

1. Sale deed ( notorized)

2. NOC - from Builders side.

 

You can speak to him directly as well, his name is Mani - 9731384457.

We have given the required NOC format for Electric Connection Transfer
to the builders.Please collect NOC from builders for your respective
Flat.
I have asked him to come on Saturday at 11AM to our apartment . Those
interested can talk to him personally and handover your documents.

Hi All,

Please note that NOC format given to builders is xerox copy. You need
to type this letter on your own with your details such as registration
number customer id, RR Number etc and get it printed on builders
letter head.

Now, the Power Agreement and Indemnity bond are required. The sample
copy of these are available in the above download (2.a) as form II and
form III.

If you want do it without paying any amount to anyone , you can do it
by going to BESCOM office with necessary documents and paying the
fees.
