Hi All,
Please find the attached Form6 for inclusion in voter id list. After filling the info , submit form in kodichikkana halli BBMP Office along with any of the address proofs.
If your name is included in any other constituency, you can use same form to delete that entry from previous constituencyand add to Bommanahalli 172.
You will be enrolled in Voter's list in next 30 days. Elections are nearing and being in voter list helps our association in many ways.
