I don’t think this is true at all. To the best of what I can understand from the legal documents that we have, I don’t see anything which says that Occupancy certificates will not be issued.
I presume we will need to take this up legally. The way I look at things, we are all having a property which is not legal. Whether we like it or not, we will need to definitely take a legal recourse.
