Hey guys. I was just wondering if you ever got that ezstyles
documentation done Chris.

I'd also like to make some suggestions...

1. Get rid of that close button that pops up when you hover a
notification, or at least make it part of the style. That way it could
match the scheme. It should also be optional to show, if the click
action on the notification is "close" do you really need a close
button appearing?

2. The ability to add buttons would be nice. A few functions I could
think of might be opening an app or webpage, "pin" a notification
(make it sticky temporarily even if it isn't designated as sticky),
prev,pause/play,next on player notifications, forward this
notification etc. etc.

I can also think of some cool effects that could be done with the
"layering" that I've seen mentioned before.

Just a few thoughts, there will be more ;) This is a great app and I
hope that I can give you ideas that will make it even better.

Also, I should mention that I've used Snarl_CMD to create a psuedo-
plugin for Rainmeter, which I'll be releasing the details on to the
Rainmeter community soon. That is unless I can get one of our devs
talked into making a true plugin.

Is there something missing on the homepage?

The button does more than just closing - try pressing it with the
right mouse button - and even more if you add the ctrl key whe clicking

Sticky is one of the right mouse button actions ;)

I think Chris already did some work on a expandable list of functions
(I think currently in the menu) but it is not documented and/or
finished until now.

I love getting new ideas - my own ones are more or less all done
already so it is quite great to have your ideas here out of a fresh
perspective.

Let us now when it's done - will be happy to put it on the homepage. :)

Just noticed something when doing a scheme to use for song
notifications. When setting a large icon width, the icon needs margin
settings of some sort. You can set the icon to a size that does not
fit on the form. Try setting the width=128 and see if the icon doesn't
expand beyond the form. Is there a key=value I'm missing or something?

Shadow as a font-style option would be good.

I'll tackle these individual comments in a later email but suffice to
say EZstyles need a serious improvement in functionality. Rest-
assured this will happen. I'm also pondering on how best to implement
more powerful styles using - as you suggest - individual layers. If
you have any suggestion in this area I'd be keen to hear them.
