Notifications under the mouse cursor 'sticky' as long as the mouse hovers optional?

Hi Chris,

We have guards monitoring surveillance cameras, and they are mostly not allowed a mouse and keyboard. Now true, we can move the mouse cursor somewhere unobtrusive, or there may be an option in snarl to suppress this behaviour... I see it frequently now that a snarl popup obscures a video cell by accident. Mostly someone logged in with TeamViewer and just parked the cursor...

This is not critical by a long shot, but an option would be useful in our world...
