Error about v46 about melon

Hi community,

I've installed Snarl v3.1, but on start, i've message "Snarl requires exec.library v46 or greater". I know i must do install melon devkit, but i don't find this soft :(

Do you know if it's about Melon, or missing files ?

Hi

Usually this happens if you install Snarl without administrator rights.  Are you local admin on your machine?  Try reinstalling melon as an administrator.
